What do you do with the waste?
Our business is here to make your life easier.  We scoop, bag, and completely remove your dog's waste from the premises so you don't have to deal with it ever again!

Do I need to be home when you scoop?
No, it is not necessary for you to be home when we come to scoop.  We don't want to add another "to do" to your busy schedule!

Can my dog(s) be in the yard when you scoop?
In most situations your pet(s) may be in the yard when we scoop.  We got into this business mostly because of our love of animals.  For the safety of your pet(s) and our service technicians, if your dog is territorial or aggressive, we will ask that you keep him confined on service days.

Will you scoop my yard regardless of weather?
We are able to scoop in most weather.  However, if there is heavy rain or snow on your service day, we will skip that day and make it up the following day if weather permits.  If bad weather makes scooping impossible for 3 days after your service day, we will scoop on your next service day.  Regular cleaning rates still apply due to the extra accumulation of waste.  If there is a weather delay, rest assured that we will keep you posted as to when we will service your yard.

What area/cities do you service?

Our service area includes the following cities:  Arvada, Broomfield, Erie, Lafayette, Federal Heights, Westminster, Thornton, Northglenn, Superior, and parts of Denver.  Please feel free to contact us if your city is not listed.  If we do not cover your area, we will help you find a scooper who does!

How does your billing work?
For one-time only service, payment is required at time of service, there will be no billing.  Continuing service is billed monthly one month in advance.  Initial cleaning fees and your first month service charges are due on your first visit.  For future months, invoices will be left on your door on your last visit of each month, with payment due on our next visit.  Payments can be made by cash (in person), check, or money order.  There is a $30 fee for checks returned with insufficient funds.

How will you get into my yard?
Super Scoopers service technicians are not allowed to climb fences, so we will need a way in to service your yard.  If you are not comfortable leaving your gate unlocked, you can provide us with the key (or combination) to your lock.

What is your Lockout/Dog Out Policy?
If we are unable to service your yard due to a locked gate or aggressive dog(s) in the yard your regular service fee will be incurred.

Why is it important to remove dog waste?

Dog waste is more than just a nuisance - it can pose a serious health hazard.  A number of common parasites, including round worm, are transmitted via dog feces. When infected dog droppings are left on the ground, the eggs of the roundworms and other parasites can linger in the soil for years. As a result, anyone who comes in contact with the soil also comes in contact with the infected eggs.  (This information was retrieved from the aPaws web site.  Click here to read more.)
